I ordered Turtle Magazines, and paid $43.00 on 8/21/08 and never got them. I want my money!

I ordered some magazines for children, called Turtle magazines
I paid $43.00, and I even contacted this company, with no response from them.
I am demanding my money back asap. I have waited too long, and at this time, I am no longer interested.
I paid on 8/21/08, with a check #5006, for $43.00, and cash of $2.00 a total of $43.00
I need for you to try to help me with this matter soon, as I believe I was ripped off.
