On july 18, we ordered a subscription to turtle magazine through rla, inc. (kenmore is the sales company; thomas greenwald is the agent for rla, inc.). Rla cashed our check but we have not received a magazine yet! The magazine, when contacted, said they had no record of a subcription for us submitted by rla, inc. I did some checking and found that this is not the first instance that rla (or its agents) has not come through on the goods purchased from them! I want my money back and i want the subscription for the magazine (paid for by rla, of course as a good faith gesture on their part)... And i want it now!!!
