Notoriusly abuse of credit card

For the cenobd year, INTUIT abuse my VISA by imposing charges of product I did not order, nor download or subscribe.
It is unknown to me why they enter the charges of $64 to the visa card number which I not disclose to them.

First time (Nov. 2007) I call them to remove the charges and do not charge me for their service/product. They promise to cancel my "subscription"

This yeat Nov3 again ther was $64 charge in my Visa account.

What is going ON? Why this thieves are still exist!

Please inform everybody about such criminal activity
