On 7.9.08 Plumbline replaced a valve on a tub. After returning from a 1 week vacation we noted water on our garage floor and garage ceiling. The valve that Plumbline repaired was leaking. An individual named Jerry was sent out and noted that one of the fittings had not been tightened by initial Plumbline plumber. Plumbline was suppose to call us to discuss the damage from the leak (vanity, bathroom tile, main bath vinyl, buckling of master bath tiles, ruined items in vanity, etc.) It took a bit of effort to get in touch with Mike at Plumbline who was the person that Jerry told us to speak with and they sent out a company called 100% Dry to look at damage and assess. Jon from 100% took photos, etc. 2 days later we had not heard from Plumbline again, and we called. We were told that we could set up a time to have the damages fixed. However, on 8.11.08 Mike from Plumbline told my husband that the estimate from 100% was too high and that we would need to their insurance company, Colorado Casualty (P.S. We do have messages of them admitting it was their fault, etc.)... Colorado Casualty sent someone over and then we did not hear back from either Colorado Casualty or Plumbline and they sent us a new insurance adjuster (we orginally worked with John Vrain) who was as rude as Mike at Plumbline named Carol. Anyway, she told us that they would give us $2,050 and did NOT send us a written estimate of work at this point, and did NOT even mention the mold that ED COLEMAN of Plumbline had said might exist. After a another week and many phone calls I had to ask for the estimate to be sent to us... Anyway there are many more details, such as being told one thing and another thing happening, being accused of not allowing Plumbline to do the work, no return calls after many attempts, Tom Martino calling Plumbline and Plumbline's Ed Coleman promising to call my husband to work this out, NEVER HAPPENED BUT AGAIN... It goes on and on and on! We could use some advice and an honest lawyer to work with us. We have 2 small children. And I am concerned about their welfare. This is ridiculous! Thank you.
