Forked tounged, low down, unethical frauds

We bought our home almost two years ago. The first walk through once the house was set up showed lots of minor damage and shotty craftmanship. Our carpet was comming up at the seams in every room in the house, the paneling in the living room and kitchne had water damage from a leak, master bathroom vent leaked, the hall way vent leaked,

The master bath tub was supposed to be white but had turned yellow where the sun had shown on it, the drawers in kitchen and master bath kept comming off the track, the wall outlets in living room keep falling out of the wall, light switches installed crooked, putty smears on several walls, out lets on the kitchen island do not work, big piece of scrap wood left on floor under carpet in master bedroom.

So far the maintenance guy from the local dealership has come out 6 times, the only things that have been fixed was the wood piece removed and the carpet was glued down in master bedroom. The second time they were replacing the paneling in kitchen due the the original leak, the maintenance guy shot a staple into the water hose to the washer, he ripped off our sliding door covering the washer and never fixed it.

When he supposedly fixed the leaking vents he stated the yhad never been sealed and he siliconed around them supposedly. The manufacturer has come out twice, the first time they put foam board down the living room wall out side and had to rip off our fire place because it was buikt too high and put on backwards. Low an behold nothing else has been fixed.

This last time we called clayton to see if they were ever going to come and fix the house we were told it is out of warrenty and to file an insurance claim. We called the insurance company, they sent out an adjuster and then we were told they would not pay to fix anything because our damages were due to a FACTORY MESS UP.

We finally got Jerry Garza the regional manager to call us and after a couple nasty messages he called and agreed to come out and take a look. When he came out he admitted the leak problems were a factory mess up and he said he would get someone out here to fix our roof yet again, he said he would get the inside of the house fixed too but wanted to get the roof done first.

After he left we waited four weeks with no word and Jerry not returning our calls, we called loraine at the manufacturer around the middle of november she said that she had a crew comming out the next wed. Well wed came and went with no crew and no word from clayton, we called loraine back again and she said she was having a roofing company to come out due to business being so demanding this time of year (this is winter time).

It is now December 27th and we still have not seen a crew or heard from clayton, all the wile our roof is still leasking and I have a big hole in the master bathroom ceiling. It has been two years and I am extreamly worried about black mold. I have two children to worry about.

We are not trying to get something for free, all we want is our home fixed the way it was supposed to be when we bought it. We would like to sue but we signed that arbatration agreement.
