Be very careful when considering working at Robert Half International / Robert Half Technology under Bill Peppler. MAKE SURE you ask yourself (and them) - why is the job open? How long have the people on the team been working there? Don't let them snow you by introducing you to the three people that have managed to stay with them for more than 4 years. (At the expense of others) At first glance things seem happy and people seem successful, this is not the case - when they walk you through the "bullpen" you will see the faces of people that are surfing the internet looking for their next job. (In secret) TURNOVER IS HIGH. I repeat turnover is high. Each division at Robert Half International in Orlando is completely turned over at least once, if not 3-4 times per year.internal hiring is almost a joke. They will hire (and fire) anyone at any time for any reason. If the manager's team loses on Saturday - he will come in Monday morning like his father died and take it out on the entire team.

Bill Pepplers management style is this "double standard". He leaves early, you leave late. He arrives late - but you better be at your desk no later than 8. IT'S ALL A DOG AND PONY SHOW - When Dan DeNisco (another carpetbagger) and Shannon Hurley (executive) come into town he all of a sudden arrives very early. What a joke. He takes off to a client at noon once per week and takes off the rest of the day. His employees however are "put on blast" if they ever take any personal days - even if just for family.

When hiring, they "try people out" and when they don't work they put them out on the street, and when they are successful, they fire them and all of those successful people's commission goes to... You guessed it - the Branch Manager Bill Peppler. There is something called a POC split that determines who gets paid on each deal. After they fire you (and they will) the manager goes in and takes your credit and distributes it to the team or themselves. This is downright UNETHICAL. Robert Half policy states that all that credit is supposed to go to the house. If the exec's knew about these under handed dealings these guys would be fired so quick.

All kinds of "under the table" and backroom "deals" go on in Orlando. For the time that I was there, I saw people trading cash for deals because it made both people rich to screw the company out of money. Furthermore, the Branch Manager Bill Peppler knew about everything that happened.

I personally know that every existing member of Bill Peppler's Orlando team would love another job. They have each discussed with me the "fantasy" of finding a job they love.

IF you enjoy being micromanaged (even if you are the top producer), stolen from, lied to, manipulated, bargained with, pressured into unethical dealings and told to your face that you are friends with someone then Robert Half Technology / Robert Half International is the place for you!

P.S. You better not have (or start) a FAMILY while at RHI - this is grounds for immediate dismissal.
