Promises and arrangement prior to purchase a new rpoperty

Prior to close escrow my real state agent made a promise to give me $3000 dollars after the deal is done. And he made arrangement to the sellers agent that i will get some money back $1338. But all he gave me is $2000. He suppose to se me last sunday10/26/08 he never show up and never call, i been calling him for the past 3 days he never answer my call and return my call.
