I leased a house from these people. Now they took me to court for damages done to the house that i never did. They lied in court and had false pictures. They made up stories and had fake bills. They clained my pictures were not eveidence because they were on a digital camera and the judge allowed it. They clained i use three names when i lived there becasue they found my old id cards from when i was married 9 years ago. The claimed i damaged there walls with a dart game and ive never ever played dates. They claim I never gave them my forwarding address which i did with witnesses. They clain they called my place of work for my forwarding addres and my hospital does not give that out to stranges. They claimed i was a pack rat.
Well i moved from a 4 bed room house in Arizona to a house that was a 1/3 the size thus i had a lot of stuff in a small house where the rent was very high. They claimed i neve took care of the yard. I had a sworn statement from my moves and my friend that helped me move and the judge did not allow it in to evidence. What a joke now i owe them 7 grand what bunch of swindlers. These are the people that told the judge what a good tenent they have now. This tenent received my longenberger shipment and opened it and kept all 300.00 of the stuff. I had to go to the old address and confront this person to get it back. The tenent said she thought her mom sent it to her. Yeah sure.
This land lord also promises you thing and never follows thru. Like fixing a door. Fixing cupboards and leaky faucets. Broken screens. They also are behind on there taxes by three years and when a tax lein was posted at the house i was called and asked why didnt i tell them that it was there. Yikes thats not my job... They claimed they paid it... Well icalled the tax office and they lied again about it.
So beware... This house is in Chambersburg Pa... They are absent landlords.
