Hi my name is Tassie, I was one of the brainwashed employees of United Family Circulation, they steal cheat and lie. Now anyone who works for this company will sign a contract saying you are working as an independent contractor. You get 20% commission.
Now I was not getting a full 20% commission I was getting a subsidited commission which is what employees get. There is a charge all of you people get (process and handling) $8.00 per magazine. That goes to the company, not to the people spending 6 days a week walking for miles in rain, sun, or snow.
This company hires only young naive adults. They tell you how awesome it is, you travel, make big bucks. The prey on people that have nothing else to turn to. The trainers and other "independent contractors" cover up for the owners and group leaders by not telling them how they have been making their money, lying to people telling them that they play soccer, they are very personable with these people telling them that they are neighbors, just moving in. These people are also racists and hipocrits. They wont hire black people, there are a lot of companies that hire almost all african american people, they lie as well, saying that they are trying to get out of the drugs and so on, United family circulation had absolutley no black people and would not hire them.
They also make you sign something saying you wont do drugs, when the crew leaders themselves driving their escalades and such, smoke marijuana themselves. They have the "independent contractors" go get it for them. Now I was dropped off in nice neighborhoods, was trained to say i was doing it for a soccer fundraiser. I didnt like the company, i found another company (not doing door to door) but still doing sales around the country, the company owes me a considerable amount of money they said would be sent to me in the mail in 90 days, i never got it.
If you are looking up this company right now for a job dont take it, unless you like to be put down, lie, cheat steal from innocent people trying to help out some "kid in the neighborhood", walk a lot of miles in rain, snow, no matter the weather. I got pnuemonia from being in the rain, they sent me to the e.R. Under a false name and social security. The people have scabies sleeping in the same room as you, you sit in the same car as them and the crew leaders know about it. They are greedy and only think about the money they are making.
Now if you are still concidering this job go rob a bank, you will get more money, and still end up in the same place, jail. It is illegal to solicit without a license or a permit. You are supposed to get one from each city you are in. They would cost the company a lot of money. So the company takes a risk of the agents going to jail, being fined and if you are caught lying to people about the cause you are selling these mags, it is fraud you are soliciting under a false pre-tense, and can face a long time in prison. Me personally will be taking this company to court for a lot of anguish and owed money. Now the company will promise to pay your fines but keep in mind you still have to go to court in whichever city it was committed, so you might have committed it in California, and are in Florida when it is time to go, they put you on a bus and you pay that out of your own pocket.
Theses people will lie to you in very single way they possibly can, and April, I know Ken Cooks wife, Dave Maffet and you are all (including Rick Clair) will be shut down, if it is the last thing I ever do. You are the wife of someone trying to cover up. Well watch the news, I will be on there talking about my experience, and will make sure your guy's revenue goes to almost nothing in Los Angeles, and if I ever see the agents, I will let them know about your scam.
