FYI - Delaware BBB replied it's a company HQ in Las Vegas even though it has a Dover, DE P.O. Box mailing address and answered pretty fast which seems like they already know about this scam/fraud letter. What a waste of 8 pages of paper and trying to use a Dover, DE address to throw people off hasn't really worked for these scam artist. This is gotta be some kind of Mail Fraud and going across state lines too, hopefully something is already being done about this BS scam which has numerous complaints.
