They ask me to pay 49.99 then tried to get me to pay 67.00 to become vip then they lower the price to 17.00 i didnt accept but only one payment of 49.99

I was ask to pay 49.99 only so i gave them my credit card # they say that was all now i cant log in it keeps saiding i dont have account with them.
