Like a lot of others what have looked for more information about N.P.E.R.C., I was almost fooled to believe that I may have finally won something. Ha ha yeah right, what a joke. Paying to receive your winning, not. If anyone receives anything from this company or others like them, don't fall for it just because you really need the money. Take the $20 and o something more constructive with it, buy your spouce some flowers, put some gas in the tank, hell buy a homeless person or two a meal, but don't send $19.99 to these guys. If you' rather waste your money, send it to me and I'll do better things with it. Just contact me and I'll give you all the details. Better yet, maybe we all should get together and start a fund raiser to help the less fortunate in our own country with that $20 since the government's only interest is helping others and themselves with wars.
