Lindelle becomes MJS but it is only there name that changes...
Anyone who has dealt with Lindelle seems to regret doing so. So many in fact that they changed their name to try and divert the negative press... Shame is, when they changed the name they forgot to change their business practices and ethic toward their customers as well as their own employees. It is truely amazing that you can be that smug and "holier than thou" when your track record is awful.
They charge too much for each package but insist that their sales associate ram them down your throat and consistantly call and email you, almost to the point of harassment. You would be better off changing your phone number if you had made the mistake of sitting with a sales associate and left without purchasing. The ring leader of this circus photography clowns is I-lean (name had been changed but I am sure you can figure that one out).
The interesting thing is that even as the associates are badgered by "I-lene" to pester the potential client into submission, "I-lene" forgets to pay her associates for being a pain in the public ass. Do you like to get paid for doing a job, putting in your time and following up with your leads until people hate you? The sales associates would like to get paid too but it seems as though they do not. Or if they do... It isn't the right amount and then "I-lene" makes excuses about how she never owed you that money, all the while you are holding all the paperwork that says she does.
If MJS / Lindelle cannot pay their employees, what makes you think that a photgrapher will show up to shoot your wedding? He probably isn't getting paid either. So if you want a good job and need the confidence that quality photography will be taken on your most special day is what you desire... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! But if you want to get badgered by and under-paid inderntured servant who is driven by a heartless slave driver that cannot garuantee your satifaction for the small fortune you are going to spend... Than this is for you.
Like I said, Lindelle changed their name to MJS... But nothing else. If you were unhappy before perhaps all you wanted was a name change. Well that you got! But if you deserve something more... Go somewhere else!
