My daughter dream is to become a model one day, and when she heard that there was a famous modeling agency coming to our area she was so excited! It was in Greenville SC at the Hilton Hotel. You had to bring a picture photo of yourself and sit for a short interveiw. There was about 100 people there and out of the 100 only 20 people will be selected. This took place for two days, so we are looking at 200 people and only 40 people being selected. Well, my daughter was among those 40. She was so excited because we thought this was good.
The next day we had to come back and bring $348, money order or cash, no checks, and $49 processing fee, this suposed to include a photo shoot, your own personal web site and the oportunity to apply for on-line jobs and maybe make a little bit of money! Well, we did get some real nice pictures in the mail and a web-site but the blob was, you had to be 18 or older to apply!!! My daughter was only 16. On top of that to keep your web-site active you had to pay $20 a month for maintance fee for a year and after that, $10 a month for the next year! Well we paid $20 for about 4 months and was NEVER able to land a job!
Well, we were out of about $500! I should have known that this was a scam, because some of the people that were selected to participate in this modeling group was not all that! If you know what I mean! They were not modeling material. Now that Dylan, he was hot and looked like a model and was very convincing, but he disappointed me and my daughter and if there was some way we could get ourt money back, it will be a blessing. Just imagine, if all 40 people in my state went as for as I did, xtremetalent made $20,000!!! What if they went farther than we did???
Let's say they hit 5 other states and the same thing happen!!! $100,000!!!
In less than a year! Dylan you are one smart dude!!! Or maybe not!!! I hope someone takes this matter up and you and your whole schemeing, scamming, organization get what you deserved!!!
