Noticed this charge on a older cc statement from a few months ago and had did not recognize it's nature in any form. Calling the number only brought me to a message that stated the number was not available from my location at that time.
No further info could be found other than on this website after performing a search. It was a charge that was slipped onto my card that went un-detected. I will be notifying the Authorities and Consumer Reports to prevent this in the future. I'm very curious to know whicn company disclosed this cc information to them.
