Mr. Barclay enrolled his 2 grandaughters in lessons at my place of business. He fell behind on his payments and I agreed to let him pay the $850 bill out in work for me. He would promise to call and come by my house, but nothing ever happened. Five months later I have still received nothing, but am getting ready to take some action. Will keep u posted.
