Been waitng since March for an order that is on backorder and when asked for a refund they say its on its way

In March my boyfriend ordered shoes, a dress and a few accessories, well we got the shoes a week late, then the dress came finally 3 months later, as for the rest of the items we were told they were on back order.

After many emails, and waiting another 4 months we are now told that our stuff is being shipped, when we try to track or parcel through their delivery service, it says there is nothing to match our tracking numbers they gave us.

So here we are again playing another waiting game.
