My children was taken from me by DCF and Case Worker
William (Bill) Phillips. I was under a case plan when my boyfriend decided to harm my children! I had provided daycare, parenting class, and tryed to find a job! I had a job and I had quite due to no supervision for my children during my work hours with wal-mart! I was working 9pm-7am which there is no daycares open during this time! My case manager keep telling me that I had to get a job! So I had got a occupaitional lisance, class lll wildliufe lisance, and tax except Id and open a pet store in the flea market on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays! I was off and my boyfriend and I had got into an argument, I was puzzled over his actions so I decided to sneek and check his computer while he was gone to his Mothers!
I found pictures of my daughter wearing hand made thonges, her butt checks where showing! This was not funny to me as my daughter was only 7 at this time! I woke her up and asked her about this pictures, she said he took them! I asked her what else happen to her? She told me he touched her... I was hurt for her and I (SICK) to my stomic! I called the police, and filed a report... Then I called the DCF case manager to inform him what had happended! You would think he would give me help, advise, griff, HELL NO! He took my children away... All 4 and said either I knew or I should have known that had happen to my daughter! What a sick bastered! He told me that I was not at work because it is not a job! I have to pay taxes (SOUNDS LIKE A JOB TO ME!) this is why I was supost to know that this happen to her and I failed to protect her! I called the police, and I went to all trails and made sure he was sentenced! I had also found out that he was talken to my ex-husband behind my back... Telling him that I didn't care about my boyfriend that I was just dating him to get the car! (SO I GUESS THAT I AM A HOE NOW!) He gavbe my children to a man...
Who has beat on me and went to jail, dating a PROSTATUDE! And she has been to jail for sex, drugs, at lease 12x within 3 years. Driving a Car with no insurance... Wreaked it while the children was in the car, ticket for wreakless driving. He has HIV and sleeps with woman... THEY DO NOT KNOW HE HAS THESE and they just had babys from him! CHILDREN ENDANGERMENT...
His 16 year old daughter is allowd to have sex, these man has 15 children and to top that off I was 16 and he was 35 when we got together! CHILD MOLESTOR in my eyes!!! Everthing that I had said about him I had showed proof to DCF and they still think he is better!
