I never thought someone that was put on random urine tests, supervised visits, accused of drinking and driving while children in vehicle, and not calling police after finding out her boyfriend was MOLESTING my 10 year old daughter would be given SOLE CUSTODY. Children reported these horrible acts to CPS, Police, and a Court APPOINTED PARENTING OFFICER. I on the other hand have never been accused of any wrong doing when it comes to my children. Shame on you padilla for denying the 3 motions asking for you to take 15 minutes and interview my children. THEY ARE 11 and 9! You should not be handling any FAMILY COURT CASES. I pray you rethink your ideas when it comes to interviewing children. Just listen! God help the next family.
