Has not paid court ordered child support in 5 months. Totaling to date $2016.00. Is also in Contempt of court for failure to abide by court ordered child support.
This deadbeat has conveniently quit/gotten fired from three jobs in the past four months. Each time occurring just as CSE begins to garnish his wages.
He is now leaving the Boca Raton area because he states he has NO CHOICE. He is moving to Ocala Florida to live with his father rather than pay his court ordered child support. He has a way of 'selling a story' in order to shun his financial responsibility. He has had more than ample visitation with his daughter and still continues to deny her the child support she rightly deserves. He continues to lie, deceit and manipulate anyone that is easy enough to believe him.
There are several court documents stating these facts, as well as county sheriffs office reports of harassment against the mother of his child and myself, her partner.
He would rather allow anyone else to financially support his child while he 'pretends' to care when he is around his daughter which is more than liberal. Yet he claims his daughter as a dependent on his federal income tax in order to gain more money in his refund check, of which not a penny one comes in for his daughter from that check. He has no profession because he CHOOSES not to. As he CHOOSES NOT TO pay for the child he created 12 years ago.
It's time for him to step up to the plate and PAY FOR HIS CHILD, not have myself and everyone else do it for him!
