Salesman called me repeatedly to list my timeshare with him. He insisted he had buyers ready and waiting to buy on the disneyworld location in Orlando, Florida. He assured me over and over again that he was honest and honorable and would definitly sell our timeshare. (He was aware of previously bad experiences we have had with timeshare sales companies). My husband is recovering from cancer (lung removed) and we can no longer travel. Obviously we can no longer benefit from the timeshare we own and really must sell it. Immedialy after receiving a contract to sign (which we have not done) I tried to contact "Darryl Magette" to explain our need to have something more than his word (ie: advertising). I telephoned and sent numerous emails without response. My emails were returmed... Address unknown. I requested in one email that our $299.00 be returned to our MasterCard, because we no longer wished to sell it. No response.
I have sent a letter thru the post office requesting an immediate refund and told them again we no longer wished to sell. This company is as dishonest as all the rest who persevere in an attempt to collect money and do nothing else. It seems to me that there are no honest timeshare resale people left anywhere.
