Pulte Homes falsified public reports and lied about taxes, school districts, overflights from Luke Airforce Base, flood plain, etc. We filed a lawsuit as such and also included RICO. Pulte tried to have the case dismissed. When they could not, they demanded arbitration. There were some 30 people on this lawsuit. They ran our legal bills up so that everybody quit! Pulte has been sued countless times, yet they do not reveal this fact on annual stockholder reports.
