I ordered a pair of tap shoes size 14 adult male. I was sent a size 9 in ladies. They admitted they made a mistake and told me to return the shoes for a full refund since they did not have the shoes I ordered in stock. I was told by Brenda in customer service to write a return number on the box so that it would be processed faster when they got it back. After several weeks when I called to inquire about my refund, I was told by Denise that they would not return my refund because I wrote on the shipping box. What??? When I explained that I was told to put the return number on the box by her co worker Brenda, Denise said that I should have not written on the box. What a pathetic, disgusting, low life way to treat customers. I work at several performing arts schools working with their dance departments. Based on my past referrals alone I have generated thousands of dollars for companies selling dance wear. This was my first encounter with Dancewear Solutions and I have never experienced such shabby treatment by the other dance wear companies I have ordered fro. I will tell everyone I know and send emails to every dance school I can find about how I was treated by Dancewear Solutions.
