This company has tried to charge my account MANY MANY TIMES!!! They have no known number, or addresses. The bank says that they cannot do anything regarding this situation but I can't get a hold of anyone at this EWC Payments either. The bank says that I can cancel my card but it isn't guaranteed that I won't get any further charges because the new card is linked to the old card. WTF? I thought that if you get a new card it has a new number and you can no longer get charges charged to your account from the old number.!!
So basically the moral of this story is... Fraudulent activity has taken place and no one, I repeat No one will reverse these charges and there is no guarantee that future charges will not happen either...!!! Good luck and if anyone gets anywhere please let me know!!!
