Texas Trucks of houston uses different finance companies. One which is in South Carolina, called Diamond auto. Texas Trucks takes deposits and sends to finance co. When you back out of deal after they tell you are approved and then all of a sudden you need a co-signer and you tell them no, you will play hell getting your deposit back because they say you where approved but you decided not to. You then have to get a lawyer and take to court. If you get stuck in this situation get a attorney and file. The txDOT will get involved and they can take the dealers license away. Its a big headache but that your only recourse except to not go to Texas Truck. Find a better dealer to use they are out there believe me. A usedbettertrux for one is a great dealer and very professional with no games.
