We purchased a 68 jet hot tub off O2 Sports, Which was a total heap of Junk. Upon delivery, We took off all packaging, which was packaged excellent, Had a qualified electrician install it. When we filled it there was water coming from everywhere. We then had a plumber check all the joints and we are finally set to go.
After 1 week all the outside panels start falling off and speakers hanging out. We called them many times and no. One ever got back to us. We finally get a call to see if we are happy with our Spa. We told them No. The Lady said she would sort us a refund out.
After 3/4 weeks we never heard anything so tried calling them and all phones were not working. I sent an email to Brandy who we had spoken to as we never got a manuel, she sent one back saying she no longer was emloyed by them
