My husband was notified by mail by this company, on the account of a over due credit card. I want to know if this law firm has the legal right to harass my husband for a debt on the credit card? They have been very ruthless in calling our home and my husband's work. But the majority of the time, they will not leave any message on our phone. If there is anyone able to help in anyway with this problem, please notify me right away. The law firm has threatened to garnish my husband's wages.
