Philip Brownell is a dead beat dad living in Huntsville Alabama with his mother at 2704 Atlantic St. He avoids paying child support at all costs by quitting his job each time the state catches up to him. Has not seen his 2 yr. Old daughter since she was 6 months old. Philip has several girl friends at the same time and has gotten more than one pregnant at the same time only to leave them high and dry and run from his responsibilities!
