Judah McNeilly has a total of 7 kids (possibly more)
He gave babies 1 and 2 up for adoption because the mother of the kids wanted her husband to raise them (Judah was having an affair with a 20 year older married woman when she became pregnant).
He avoids child support number 3 because he ownes his own business and never files taxes. Although he just moved into a $500,000 home he claims he does not have any money. If he put as much effort into supporting his child as he does avoiding the child there would be no problems.
Number 4 was born approximately 9 months after number 3 to a different mother. Do the math. He was having another affair while his first wife was having his baby. He avoids support on this child the same way he dose for number 3.
Number 5 and 6 were with his 2nd wife Amy (brain dead blonde who is too stuid to know what is going on) and he also adopted her child (number 7). Imagine the State of Minnesota letting him adopt a child when he has at least 2 children that they know of the he is not paying for.
