The Company Philip B advertises their products using youtube.com. Has a website philipb.com. I bought the Philip B. Russian Amber Dry shampoo, the regular shampoo and conditioner. Totaling around $300. They were nice and helpful when I was purchasing, however, once I tried to contact the owner, I was told `Philip B. Is a very busy man` by an associate/customer service, she did not sound friendly at all. She said we don`t accept returns, and she was very rude.
I left several messages, no one returned my calls. They are scammers, beware. The products are scented yes but its not worth the money and stress. They lied about product return guaranteed policy. I am certain I am not the only one who got scammed by PHILIP B.inC.
