Received on AT&T bill and I have no idea who or what they are

I recently received a bill from AT&T with the company ESBI listed with ONEEMAILADAY. Llc, transcendent corp. & residential email. LLC listed for the first time on my bill. I have no idea who these people are and have never signed up for these companies or services. I am not alone on this.

Does anyone know who these companies are?
