This is just a warning to be careful when dealing with Quicken Loans AKA / Capital Rippoffs Inc. We were told our loan looked good and paid money up front, supposably good faith money that would be returned if loan didn't go through. When they did an appraisal they claimed our home was worth less now than 2 years ago, evan though there are $30,000 in improvments since then. Since it supposably is not worth loan value they denied the loan. We waisted lots of time faxing all paperwork they required and got nothing in return.
