Stole my money, not once, but twice without permission right out of my business acct

When I received my bank statement I noticed two withdrawals of $19.95, that I did not authorize. I spoke with the bank, put a stop on my account and called the number that appeared on my bank statement. I got future drafts stopped, thank God, but still have not got my money back. I keep calling them and no one ever answers, but they do answer emails and I have all of them. I was also suppose to get the money by last wednesday, NOT. I emailed them that I will make it my life's work to put them out of business and to let everyone know how they steal innocent peoples money and now I am giving you my report; I believe the first of many.
