I have had 300.00 taken out of my acct and do not know the company authorize such withdrawals

I had noticed when receiving my bank statement in May there were two withdrawal for 100.00 on 5/1 and 5/9 (100.00) as well. When I received my June statement on 6/1 there was another withdrawal for 100.00
I had called and right now can't find the 800 number, but I did leave a voice message and had not received a call back as of this date.

I called the bank this morning and the bank representative gave the again the same information, but no number. Only an address and website. The bank stated in order for me to get my money back was to either email or mail. Well I explained to them I have never authorized payment and do not know of this company. The only ordering I do is from a well know company as Sears, J.C. Penny's etc.

I'm hoping you can help me recover this money as I did not make any type of authorizations for these withdrawals.
