Sold me a song and dance

Richard Halls told me that for $599, he could sell my time share for $12,500.2years have passed. Haven't heard a word from them. Called them their response was "We were just getting ready to call you, Give me a second I will call you right back." 1yr later no response and now I have just found out that they are using the name of BML Marketing
