My contract with copeland marketing is set to expire January 9. I called to see how I would go about renewing it. I was told to call back closer to the date of expiration and I would be given several options. I have tried for a solid week to call and all I get is a busy signal. Rick Berman assured me that my time share would be sold in under a year as long as he was doing his job. Apparently he does not know how. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back and protect future consumers.
