I just received my monthly credit card statement and discovered two unauthorized charges from Grantsearch.com and one from I called the number on the statement and demanded that the charges be removed. They agreed.
I never heard of this company until today and never authorized them to charge my credit card.
Even though I was told I would receive a credit to my account I am filing a complaint with the State of Nevada Office of the Attorney General Bureau of Consumer Protection. Anyone else who was charged by this company without your permission should also file a complaint. The complaint form is two pages long and is easy to complete.
Maybe if enough people complain the State of Nevada will prosecute this company and its owners.
