Like everyone else here, I too made the huge mistake of signing up for the information on making money on the internet for $3.98. Next thing I know, I am getting charged $72. When I called them, I was told that I had agreed to their terms which include a monthly subscription. I demanded a refund and was told this was non-refundable. I insisted and the indian woman on the phone stated the same thing. She refused to give me her name and wouldn't connect me to a supervisor. I demanded and she hung up on me.
PLEASE EVERYONE! File a complaint with the State's Attorney office. That's the only way to shut down these fools. Complete this form and send it in. Http://www.ag. State. Nv.Us/org/bcp/complaint_form_bcplv. Pdf
I am disputing this with the credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB - which is probably a waste of time, but it made me feel better. I am not expecting to see a dime back but am hopeful something will happen to this company. They are a huge ripoff and not affiliated with Google. Google wouldn't treat customers this way.
I am sending this form to the Nevada State's attorney today and hope no one else has the problems I do. If I had looked here first, I never would have given them my credit card. Buyer beware - a hard lesson to learn.
