I've been getting billed for this service, (which I did not order) since May. AT&T has been really good about reversing these charges. AT&T tried calling the phone numbers listed on the phone bill and one is an adult porn line and the other number keeps looping back to the beginning. Getting no where fast. At one point, she (the At&t rep) was able to get through to someone, by continually pressing 0, When asked about the phone numbers listed on the bill, she (USBI Rep) said "the area code is not 800, it's 866, which of course is still the porn line.
So, in other words. There is NO WAY to get through to anyone and there is apparently NO WAY to stop this. My fear is, all these charges that AT&T is crediting me for, will some how come back to me and my phone will be disconnected because of these bogus charges, that I refuse to pay... And to date they total almost $200.00.
