Sandra from Bargain network would no trefund me, even though i did not use the service. I tried to cancel my free 30 day membership on the last of my 30 days, but when i called the 1800 # i was on hold for over 20 min trying to get a hold of a service rep.
After a little over 20 min, without anyone getting on the line, i hung up. Then i got on bargain.com and sent them an email stating i wanted to cancel my subscription and i did not want my card charged. Then i proceeded to click on the cancel my subscription link and recieved a confirmation #.
On monday i looked at my bank account and i seen i was charged anyway. So i called again being placedon hold for about 25 min to speak to a service rep. She transfered me to a manager which i never got to speak with because i was on hold for about another 15 min. So i hung up and i called back about 3 times with the same outcome.
So i called back one more time asking for the corporate #, then the rep told me she was unable to give me the # but she can give me the address. I was very upset. So i called back when i got off work and finally got a hold of a supervisor, hwio was very rude. She kept arguing with me and telling me she would not refund me a whole week because of the 2 days it took for them to cancel my subscription, consequently making me over my 30 days.
During those 2 days i did not use the service at all, and it was their fault because they have poor customer service, leaving people on hold at kleast 20 min before anyone gets on the line.
I am very upset and i want to take legal action because this is a rip-off!!!
