This company said i ordered voice mail. I did NOT. I have called several times an never get an answer, but you can leave a message, still wating for some response. I even emailed them telling them i was filing a report on them i have not paid the bill for them on my phone bill but i have paid my regular phone bill minus the 12.95 for the last 3 months. Thats how long i've been trying to get ahold of them.
