La fitness unauthorize member ship charge after frozen membership

I request to freeze my account and was told that I will be charged $10 to maintain member ship and have to call unfreeze my account.

Instead of unfreezing my account LA fitness unfreeze my account for 3 month and start charging my account full member ship without my instruction to unfreeze account and refuse to refund my money which they collected from my personal account.

I will advice anyone to record the conversation because no one at LA fitness take any responsibility and their customer support lie to member.
