I was searching online for a business start up loan for someone with less than perfect credit and I came across a website called http://www.badcredit-loans.Us
this website offers an online search for lenders, and they promise to have great results. The service offers refers to as free. I have not been successful in finding a bank who's willing to give me a loan because of my credit situation, so I thought I should go through the application process through badcredit-loans.Us.
When I got to the end, it asked me to pay $69.00 as one time fee, and it was assuring that the fee is not for the search. I've always been skeptical about this kind of services because we never know what we're really paying for until it's too late. So I've decided not to go through it.
Not too long later (the same day) I received an email from one of their staff, requesting for payment. Please see original email below:

on our website. This is a confirmation email.
IF you already paid, then CONGRATULATIONS and

them also. A potential loan up to $25,000 is a life
changing amount to somebody who is on the edge
of bankruptcy or might lose their house!
We understand that you might think we are some kind of scam or not being honest. Being skeptical is a healthy behavior, but don't let it hurt your chances for help. We assure you we are completely honest and want to HELP you.
All that we want is you to be out of money troubles
as quick as possible.
We understand you may need a few days to arrange
for payment - IF YOU CONTACT US TODAY, WE CAN GET
YOU AN ONE-TIME EXTENSION FOR UP TO 5 DAYS.
Just reply to this email.
I responded, NO and explained to them that I believed that this is a scam and that I didn't want to go through with a payment. The person I was corresponding with responded to me with a very unprofessional behavior and used my financial issues against me belittling me. We had a back and forth email. I told this person that I am going to file a fraud report to the authorities against their business and this person threatened me to put my personal information on the application out on the internet for everyone to see.
This person falsely accused me of falsifying my application, so to punish me he will blog it out on the internet. I don't know what these people can really do, and I have no reason to believe that this person is not going to go through what he's threatened me of doing. I have all my sensitive information is on that application and if this person does put it out on the web everyone will have access to me.
I just want to make sure that people know not to deal with organizations like http://www.badcredit-loans.Us.
I didn't get scammed by this people, but now my personal information is at risk because this person from this email address lender. [email protected] has threatened me of putting my personal information out in public because he simply did not like the fact that I pointed out my opinion about their organization, which this person's behavior only proves me right.
So be careful everyone, there's a lot of scam going on out there and you probably won't believe until you have been victimized by one of them.
