My office is located just down from Capitol Heating and Cooling. These two homeowners are looking for Capitol Heating and Cooling and knocked on our door to see if we knew where they had gone. One homeowner gave them $4500 and the other $1300.
In both cases the company never showed up for their repair appointment and Capitol will not return their phone calls. As of now, they are out their money. No one answers at the office and no one returns their many phone calls. The homeowners said it had been two weeks since they missed the appointment. Consumers beware.
