This HVAC company came out to my site and stated that they would take care of my system as the hardware is still under warranty and that I they can take it in for me and then reimburse me once the manufacturer returns the money to them, I would have to pay up front.in any case the repairs went from something small to being more and more problematic, they never did fix the system I had to go with another company. Then when I tried calling them to ask for my refund on the warranted parts they never returned a call or even responded to any of my emails. The strange thing is when I pretended to be another client and sent them and email they responded immediately, this is what they wrote.
"We charge $58.00 for the diagnostic. Our charge for labor is $80.00 every half hour. When we come out we only charge the $58.00 for the diagnostic. When the technician is done with his diagnostic he will come to you with what he recommends if at that time you wish to go forward then the technician will tell you about our service contract and how you can save by going under it or pay by COD which will include the $58.00 fee, labor for how long he is there, and pay on parts used.

I got an immediate response when I emailed in asking about their service, strange that they seem to not want to communicate with me. Don't go to this company they wouldn't even respond to my calls or emails. Truly this is a company that does not stand by their work or what they promise, they are rip off artists.
