Promised repairs to vehilce in writing and then stalled and stalled

I could go on and on about what ahorrible experience I have had with United Hyundai. When I went in a couple of weeks ago 7/31/08 I was looking at a used 2006 Silver Elantra with 11,000 miles on it, as I was doing my initial walk around the car I noticed that the rear bumber had a hairline crack in it. I asked the sales guy about it who explained to me that it might have been hit by a shopping cart since they are only 5 mile an hour bumbers but they would take care of it. After the test drive I went inside and started discussing a price with my sales man and one of the other cronies there. I'm not sure if he was a sales manager or what. I walked them both outside and pointed the bumper out again which they both laughed and said thats only gonna cost you $300 to fix. I told them it shouldnt cost me anything as I was about to spend alot of money on this car. They told me to go back inside and they would see what they could do, after not getting them to budge on the cost of the car I started to walk out when another guy came chasing after me and asked me to come back inside and let them see what they could do. Istarted to decline and walk but I really liked the car other than they were asking too much and the crack in the bumper. After hours of negotiation and finally getting them to agree to the interset rate of 8% and a price of $12,000 OTD I thought I was all set. Monday 8/4/08 I get a call from the finance manager asking me to come in and finalize the paperwork, I thought this was rather odd but went down anyway just to find that the interest rate had gone from 8% to 14%!! I told them they were crazy and that I would get my stuff outta the car and they could have it back, as I get to the car he stops me and says he can do it at 12.74% and use a dealership coupon to bring it down to 9.75% and he would agree in writing to fix the bumper and give me a second set of keys as I had requested. I finally agreed even though it was not the interest rate I wanted or had agreed on. He told me that when I came to pick up my green slip he would schedule the bumber to get fixed and get me a second set of keys. On the day I went to pick up my green slip 8/13/08 I arrived at the dealership around 5:30 pm I approached the finance manager who said I would have to call him back on Monday 8/18/08 and he would schedule the repair of the bumper then and if I wanted a second set of keys I would have to get there before 5pm to get my keys and door clicker so they have time to program the keypad and the parts dept couldnt do it because they close at 6pm. I was starting to feel like I was being strung along and decided to look at the receipt for the repair of the bumper he had given me, to my surprise I found it is only good for 30 days from the date of purchase which he dated as 7/30/08. I wasnt even in the dealership that day! So if the repairis only vaild until 8/30/08 and the repair has to be completed by that date I dont see how I am going to be able to get a date scheduled before it expires. I tried to contact the Manager of the dealership yesterday and received no call back. No surprise there either. Needless to say the least I feel like I was yo-yo'd on this deal and as a first buyer through a dealership I am not happy. If they do not follow through with their contract they gave to me I will be looking for a lawyer to contact as I know there has to be something that can be done about this. Do not buy from this dealership they are a scam
