A bait and switch primer!

I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Elantra from Jenkins Hyundai from their annex lot across from the Villages in Florida. The salesman delivered the keys to me and said " the second set of keys are in the dealership in Ocala" I took him at his word and we made arraignments to get the other set of keys. Three days later I called and was told the extra key was in. I went to retrieve the keys and was told the "fob" was not in the deal! The "fob" allows for keyless entry and for alarming the car. The salesman sad that the extra "fob" "didn't come with the car and That they had to make an extra key for me." I contacted the dealership and inquired about purchasing a new fob and was told the fob is $60.00 AND it has to be programmed for an additional $47.00 by the dealership! So for over $100.00 I could get a part that should have came with the car! I protested this with various people at the dealership to no avail, I finally got a "fob" on line for $20.00 and had the dealership program it for $47.00. The money is not the issue here, the principal thing is customer service! They should have done the reprograming free, This is my second Hyundai from this dealer, It will be my last, that I can assure you! The next car will come from a different dealership, one with integrity! Jenkins is hidebound and not at all flexible with it's customer service! As for the runt that put me in this position, a pox on you!
