I bought a stem buggy from a local dept. Store about eight months ago. I was steaming with it when steam started coming out everywhere. It blistered my arm and foot when I dropped the hose because it was so hot. I got the little book and tried to find a address or phone number the only thing in the book was a place to order accessories.
When I could not find anything in the book I went to the net and found a recall on the steambuggy, but there is no information on where to send it or who to contact about it. I called one of the net shopping places and they gave me a fax number for Tristar I faxed them a letter but have heard nothing.
