Placed order back in april, waited 3weeks and emailed trina hasty, who was very pleasant to begin with! Siad my order had been damaged and reshipped it
When still did not receive asked for priority posting and insurance refund as compensation! Trina agreed and said would be in my acount in 5 days!
Still nothing, then asked for money back which she agreed but did not do
When i asked trina hasty again she wanted my credit card details as not kept on file! When i asked her how she was supposed to have done the refunds before she got nasty!
Rude and sarcastic are only a few words to describe her!
I have now got my credit card to hopefully get my money
Very pale and poor in the uk!!!
