I too was scammed by these people. They talked a big game, but they haven't done anything to help me, even after 2 years. I found CCDN thru a link on a website and I dicussed my situation with a man named, John Charles of Houston, TX. (He's no longer selling this, must have been a case of the guilts). He made it sound so simple, just give him $5000 upfront to get the ball rolling, give him all the info on the credit cards that I want taken care off, and their paralegals will take care of the rest and eliminate the debts. That's right, he said 'Eliminate the debts'. Their website gives a totally different story. Being over $50,000 in debt can blind someone to the obvious pitfalls of this deal. He told me to get in touch with Tracy Webster and he would help me thru this mess. After 6 months of harassing calls by the creditors, I wanted someone up there to help me out. Phone calls to Tracy Webster proved futile, even as rude as he was, he made me feel like the dumbest person walking on the face of the earth. Everything was legal and double talk and I'm no lawyer! Yea, some support!!! Cease and desist letters were ignored by my creditors and emails to the support line were either not answered or only one sentence long, which really didn't help my situation any. Once the lawsuits started coming, all I could get out of them was to file continuances, while their attorneys filed some sort of federal case. After the continuances ran out, I had to go to court. I was hoping to get some legal help from CCDN to represent me in the proceedings. No such luck. Tracy told me that they only handle the federal side of it and wouldn't represent me in the county court. Funny, I never heard of a credit card lawsuit being filed in Federal Court. They left me standing there in front of the judges with no one there to help me. I was like a lamb being led to slaughter. The judges shot down all my objections for not paying the debts, even though I used the FDCPA as a reference. Have you ever seen judges laugh? They admonished me for not having correct legal representation and gave the plaintiff's everything they asked for. For my $5000, I now have 2 judgements, a garnishment that takes 25% of my take home pay and I'm still being harassed by a BOA collector. If anyone would be willing to file a class action fraud lawsuit against this firm, you can count me in. If there was ever a company that needs to be sued for everything they got, this is it. Before all this, I had a 760 credit score, now it's in the low 600's and my credit is ruined for years.
I sure hope they sleep well at night, knowing how me and hundreds or thousands of others got duped into this piece of crap.
